Get involved at ODAS

Volunteer

Volunteers are essential to the success of ODAS. They provide additional manpower to help us get the daily chores accomplished as well as enrich the lives of the animals in our care. Volunteer opportunities include dog walking, cat cuddling, cleaning, event coordination and more!

Foster

Old Drum Animal Shelter (ODAS) is in constant need of individuals or families who are willing to open their homes and hearts to provide a safe, loving, and nurturing environment for our shelter dogs. Although Old Drum Animal Shelter maintains ownership of the animals, foster parents are responsible for the health and well-being of the foster animals in their care. Foster parenting for a homeless animal is an extremely rewarding experience.

Join a Committee

Get involved with ODAS by joining one of our committees. Committees play an important role in moving the organization forward.  Committees meet as either monthly meetings or on an ad hoc basis.
