Mission: Old Drum Animal Shelter shall provide compassionate animal care in support of a thriving pet welfare community within Johnson County, Missouri.

Vision: Empower families of Johnson County, Missouri, to provide care for
their animals through education and resources. Assist in the effort to
limit pet overpopulation. Shelter companion animals while assisting to
find adoptable pets a permanent home.
